## Cycling and your body
Timișoara and its surroundings offer excellent cycling routes. But long hours in the saddle, the bent position, and repetitive pedaling create specific demands: knee, back, neck, and hand pain.
## Common cyclist problems
- **Anterior knee pain** (patellofemoral syndrome) — most common
